Live cell imaging of E14 mouse ES cells stably expressing GFP-tagged Myh9 (Myosin heavy chain 9) that were generated by Frank Schnuetgen (University of Frankfurt Medical School). Cells were GFP-tagged by recombinase mediated cassette exchange (RMCE) using the retroviral gene trap vector FlipRosabgeo, that is integrated in the first intron of the Myh9 gene downstream of the first noncoding exon. Time lapse movie were taken by Ingrid deVries (Buchholz Lab, MPI-CBG, Dresden) using a confocal DeltaVision Core microscope (Applied Precision, 60x). Scale bar: 10µm |
